When do I need to buy credits?

You only buy credits when your agents exceed the 10,000 monthly emails included in your Pro plan (or exceed 20,000 inbound emails). If you stay within 10,000 emails/month, you never need to buy credits. If you do exceed it, sending draws from your prepaid credit balance ($1.00 = 1,000 credits).

Do purchased credits expire?

Purchased credits never expire as long as your account maintains an active Pro subscription. If your subscription is paused or downgraded, purchased credits remain valid for 1 full year from their date of purchase.

Are there daily sending caps on paid plans?

No. Paid plans have zero daily sending caps. Ever. Clean senders can send their full monthly volume whenever they need. We enforce deliverability via real-time health signals (bounce rate < 5% and complaint rate < 0.3%), never arbitrary volume brakes.

How does email quota work?

Quota unit = recipient deliveries, not API calls. One send to 3 recipients (to + cc + bcc) equals 3 emails. This ensures fair unit economics and stops multi-recipient payload stuffing.

Do received emails count against my quota?

Inbound mail includes 1,000/mo on Free (fair use) and 20,000/mo on Pro. Pro overage is billed at $0.0005 per mail ($0.50 per 1k) — half the outbound rate.

What bounds how much mail I keep?

Storage — not time. Every inbound and outbound message is archived to object storage and stays queryable until you delete it or exceed your quota: 1 GB on Free, 10 GB on Pro, then $0.10/GB. Storage is the only meter; we never run retention sweeps.

How do spend limits work?

How credits work

Your plan's included allowances always work first — Pro starts at a 0 credit balance and everything included sends without credits. No surprise bills or runaway charges: extra throughput beyond included uses prepaid credits ($1 = 1,000 credits). Paid credits never expire while your Pro subscription is active, with 1 year validity from purchase date.

Pro includes 10,000 emails every month: Covered directly by your $15/mo base subscription with zero daily caps.
Credits are only for extra sends: You do not receive credits automatically — you only purchase credits ($1.00 = 1,000 credits) when your agents need to send beyond the 10,000 included emails.
No surprise overage bills: Sending beyond 10,000 emails draws from your prepaid credit balance. If your balance is empty, sending safely pauses instead of generating unexpected charges.
